- National Campaign and Road Show in 36 States of the Federation and FCT
- The campaign strategy will include the dissemination of information to various rural, semi-rural and semi urban groupings identified in the 774 local governments
- The campaign would employ the use of workshops, pictorial literature, docu-drama, adverts, infomercials, Billboards, Drama/ Dance and other cultural media (all in local dialect).
